Objective To describe the status of the post-discharge coping difficulties in women with hypertensive disorders of pregnancy（HDP），and to explore its influencing factors. Methods A total of 280 women with HDP from a tertiary A maternity hospital in Nanjing City were investigated with the general information questionnaire，the post-discharge coping difficulty scale-new mother form，the readiness for hospital discharge study-new mother form，the family APGAR index. The factors influencing post-discharge coping difficulties in women with HDP were analyzed using univariate analysis and multiple linear regression. Results 238 valid questionnaires were collected，with a response rate of 85.0%. The score of the post-discharge coping difficulties in women with HDP was 5.07±1.69，which is at a middle level. The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that parity，primary caregiver during the postpartum period，HDP type，readiness for hospital discharge，family APGAR index were influencing factors of post-discharge coping difficulties in women with HDP（P<0.05）. Conclusion Post-discharge coping difficulties in women with HDP remains to be further improved，and it is affected by many factors. Medical staff should pay more attention to post-discharge coping difficulties of such parturients，formulate targeted continuation care programs according to relevant influencing factors，comprehensively improve their coping ability，and reduce their coping difficulties after discharge.

Objective To investigate the current situation of psychological detachment（PD） of midwives in Jiangsu，and to analyze its influencing factors，with the aim of providing a theoretical basis for managers to take appropriate interventions to improve the level of PD of midwives. Methods Using a convenience sampling method，614 midwives from 13 cities and 42 hospitals of different levels in Jiangsu from August 2022 to September 2022 were investigated by this cross-sectional survey. A self-developed questionnaire，Psychological Detachment Scale，the Traumatic Stress Scale for Midwives，the Jefferson Empathy Scale and National Aeronautics and Space Administration-Task Load Index were adopted to collect data. Results A total of 590 valid questionnaires were collected. The mean total score of the Psychological Detachment Scale was（9.24±3.45）. The marital status，quality of sleep，frequency of after-work use of electronic devices for work，traumatic stress，empathy，and task load were the influencing factors of PD（P<0.05）. Conclusion The low level of PD of midwives is influenced by a variety of factors. Managers，therefore，need to attach importance to the PD of midwives and formulate targeted interventions to improve the level of PD and work recovery experience with a view to promote their work engagement and quality of care.

Objective To explore the experience of early breastfeeding in postpartum women with hypertensive disorders of pregnancy（HDP），and to provide a basis for nursing and intervention tactics for them. Methods The purposive sampling method was used to select 21 postpartum women with HDP as the research participants. The women with HDP，who were breastfeeding after delivery in the obstetrics department of a tertiary care maternity hospital in Nanjing from June to December 2021 were interviewed by semi-structured interviews，and the data was analyzed by Colaizzi seven-step method. Results 4 themes were extracted. Theme 1：conflict in the establishment of breastfeeding behavior. Theme 2：positive and negative breastfeeding experiences coexist. Theme 3：weak breastfeeding support system. Theme 4：diversification of breastfeeding needs. Conclusion Clinical nurses should optimize information support in early breastfeeding decision making for postpartum women with HDP，focus on and assess the breastfeeding experience and the difficulties and needs in the process of breastfeeding for these women，give them timely help and guidance，promote the establishment of their early breastfeeding behavior，and strengthen the continuity of breastfeeding services after discharge to enhance the duration of their breastfeeding.

Objective To deeply understand the inner feelings of farewell ceremony on pregnant women with perinatal loss of fetus. Methods A descriptive qualitative approach was conducted and a total of 15 women experiencing perinatal loss were enrolled for semi-structural in-depth interviews between March 2020 to March 2021 from a tertiary A obstetrics and gynecology hospital in Nanjing. The Colaizzi method was used to analyze the data. Results 3 themes were extracted，namely needs of farewell ceremony，the interweaving of complex emotions，change of perceived social support. Conclusion The farewell ceremony based on hospice care can help mothers reasonably release their negative emotions of perinatal loss，help them relieve stress，anxiety，ease the pain of loss，reduce the occurrence of the depression. Nursing staff should pay attention to perinatal maternal psychological needs，and help them face and accept the reality of the loss with professional technology and means，and ultimately realize the healthy development of family.

Objective To systematically evaluate the disease experience and psychological feeling of pregnant women with hypertensive disorders of pregnancy，and to provide the evidence for disease management measures for pregnant women with hypertensive disorders of pregnancy. Methods Chinese and English databases，including SinoMed，CNKI，Wanfang，VIP，PubMed，Cochrane Library，Web of Science，Embase，PsycINFO，Proquest，CINAHL，were searched for qualitative studies on real experience of hypertensive disorders of pregnancy in pregnant women from the inception of databases to November 10th 2021. The quality of included studies was evaluated according to JBI Critical Appraisal Tool for qualitative studies in Australia. The results were integrated by integrating methods. Results 16 studies were included in the final review. Totally 60 findings were extracted;12 new categories were generated;4 integrated results were synthesized as following，complex and lasting emotional response，breaking the pregnancy norm，seeking understanding and support，finding the benefits from experience. Conclusion Nurses should strengthen the dynamic assessment of the mental health of pregnant women with hypertensive disorders of pregnancy，promote the establishment of a multi-coping system of medical care-family-self through coordinated and continuous maternal health care services，enhance the sense of pregnancy control of such pregnant women，reduce the adverse effects of disease factors on pregnancy outcomes and mental health，and ensure the safety of mothers and infants.

Psychological birth trauma occurs frequently in maternal women all over the world,which has a wide and far-reaching impact on mothers and infants,couples,families and even society through the maternal-centered ripple effect. This paper summarizes maternal psychological birth trauma from 5 aspects,namely overview,assessment tools,influencing factors,intervention measures and limitations and prospects,in order to provide references for improving relevant research and maternal mental health management system in China.

Objective To synthesize the findings of qualitative research exploring men’s experiences of partner perinatal loss,and to provide a basis for constructing psychological interventions. Methods Literature retrieval of qualitative research on men’s experiences of partner perinatal loss was conducted in 8 databases,including SinoMed,CNKI,Web of Science,Pubmed,CINAHL,psychINFO,embase,Cochrane library,from the establishment of the databases to April 30,2021. The JBI Critical Appraisal Tool for qualitative studies from Australia was used to evaluate the methodology quality of the included research,and the meta-aggregation was used to conduct the synthesis. Results 12 qualified studies were included and integrated into 59 valuable findings. These findings were then classified into 11 categories under 5 groups,namely men’s complex emotional experience after perinatal loss,the negative changes in life,the different coping strategies,difficulties and needs,and the discovery of benefits. Conclusion Nurses should break up the stereotypes about males,pay more attention to their emotional experience in perinatal loss,and cooperate with their families to provide them with information,environment and humanistic support under the guidance of hospitals. In this way,it will be easier to reduce the males’ care burden and the negative impact of partner perinatal loss on their life,so as to promote their personal growth.

Objective To construct the evaluation index system of health management needs for home-based care of the disabled elderly under the background of combination of medical and health care,in order to scientifically and systematically assess the health needs of the elderly disabled,promote and improve the health support system for the disabled elderly. Methods Through literature review,semi-structured interviews and Delphi method,the index system for assessing the health management needs of the disabled elderly was established. Results The effective recovery rates of 2 rounds of expert consultation were 100% and 94.44% respectively. The expert opinions tended to be consistent. Finally,the index system of the health management needs assessment for home-based care of disabled elderly with 4 first-level indicators,9 second-level indicators and 36 third-level indicators was formed. Conclusion The constructed index system of health assessment needs for the disabled elderly is scientific,reasonable,practical and content-oriented,which can provide references for the formulation of the health service system for the disabled elderly.
